Aged care provider Bethanie’s $16 million apartment plan has ben given the green light by the Joint Development Assessment Panel (JDAP).
The development proposes to deliver a seven storey over 55’s development at Lot 310, 8 Queen Victoria Street, Fremantle. It proposes a mix of single and two bedroom apartments.
