19 Tourist Accommodation units
Restaurant (40m2 )
Lunch Bar (juice bar — 7m2 )
The current site, as above, is derelict and doesn't offer much in terms of an entry statement along Parry Street. The new development really takes advantage of the parkland next door, with the apartments and restaurant facing this beautiful city asset.
Other notable approvals from tonight meeting include 346 South Terrace. Wild Bakery will be relocating a few doors down into a larger premises where they can offer customers an in-house dining experience.
