Construction of the Walyalup Civic Centre in Kings Square is well underway, adjacent to FOMO retail space and commercial offices housing more than 2,000 new workers. The City of Fremantle will be going out to tender very soon for three leasing opportunities within the new build:
Hospitality — tender opens 12 August
· Leased area of 270m2
· Alfresco of up to 300m2
· Potential first-floor space of 298m2
· Located directly in front of major new children’s play space
Retail — tender opens 26 August
▪ Leased area of up to 405m2
Office space — EOI opens 9 September
· Up to 1,557m2 of office space
· First-floor lease area: 296m2
· Second-floor lease area: 277m2
· Third-floor lease area: 984m2
